In April 2020 HMRC brought new legislation meaning that if you sell a property which is not your main residence you will potentially need to declare this to HMRC within 30 days and pay any tax due.
Subsequently HMRC has increased the length of time available for filing and payment to 60 days. CKS has filed a significant number of Capital Gains Tax returns and we are able to advise you and ensure you claim all reliefs available to you.
